Proposal and Pricing
Our competitive proposals and quotes are formatted to your needs, in order to facilitate processing. We hold multiple GSA contracts and teaming arrangements that allow for a single purchase order to cover all of your needs from multiple manufacturers.
When your official purchase order is received SiteSource confirms finishes and colors and assigns a project manager who establishes a timeline. Shipping dates are coordinated with anticipated construction completion dates, so your order is ready when your facility is.
Shipping, Logistics, Consolidation
SiteSource ships your order to the optimal location among our network of affiliated warehouses. This assures that your furniture and equipment can be delivered at the appropriate time, even if unforeseen delays occur at your site. Deliveries are checked for accuracy and damage. We offer international clients the benefit of special shipping options like transcontinental shipping and customs clearance as well.
Installation and Follow-Up
When your consolidated order is delivered, our SiteSource installation crew meets it and delivers items to the assigned rooms to be unpacked and assembled. All trash is removed, and a final walk-through is performed with the project manager and client.
